All delivery times are approximate. After you have placed your order, please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. While I endeavour to get orders out within 2 days, It's just little old me on my own so please be patient!

Where is my order?
Once you feel you have left adequate time for me to pack and post your order and the expected length of time for delivery to your location has passed (see above information), try tracking your order here. (Irish orders)
Please note that while I will always fight to make sure your package gets to you in a timely fashion, once I hand over the item to the post office, it is (quite literally!) out of my hands. While I will try to sort the issue on my end, you too will need to contact An Post to file an enquiry. This can be done via their online form. See here.
UK orders - Once the item touches UK ground, it is passed to Parcel Force.
US orders - Once the item touches US ground, it is passed to the USPS.
Australian orders - Once the item touches Australian ground, it is passed to Australia Post.
What happens if I missed the delivery?
The post man/woman should have left a docket at your address. This should contain the information you need to collect or rearrange delivery. If they did not leave a docket but the tracking information says delivery was attempted, please contact them and if you feel you need more help, me too.
Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return unwanted goods. You are entitled to a cooling-off period in which you have 14 days to cancel your order. The period starts the day that goods are received. All customers exercising this right must return the goods unused in their original packaging.
To return goods, please contact me. I will need an email from you including your name and order number. Please submit this to email@example.com. Unfortunately The Temple Wolf cannot cover the cost of your return postage and packaging. Goods are to be returned at the customer's expense.
Once I receive your return request, I will discuss options with you and provide instructions to return the item.
Assuming the item arrives to us in good condition, I can credit you within 30 days of receipt.
DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ITEMS
All items are checked thoroughly before dispatch.
If you do receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please email me within 48 hours of receipt detailing your order number and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org. After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 14-day returns policy described above.
Once I receive your return/exchange request I will agree to exchange or refund the order and will provide instructions to return the item.
Damaged/Incorrect items must be returned as they were received; unused and in reasonable packaging.
Assuming that our Return Policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 day of our receiving them.
