Unfortunately, An Post do not cover the posting in Northern Ireland so there is an increased charge of €7.95 for this zone.

Where is my order?
Once you feel you have left adequate time for me to pack and post your order and the expected length of time for delivery to your location has passed (see above information), try tracking your order here. (Irish orders)
Please note that while I will always fight to make sure your package gets to you in a timely fashion, once I hand over the item to the post office, it is (quite literally!) out of my hands. While I will try to sort the issue on my end, you too will need to contact An Post to file an enquiry. This can be done via their online form. See here.
UK orders - Once the item touches UK ground, it is passed to Parcel Force.
US orders - Once the item touches US ground, it is passed to the USPS.
Australian orders - Once the item touches Australian ground, it is passed to Australia Post.
What happens if I missed the delivery?
The courier should have left a docket at your address. This should contain the information you need to collect or rearrange delivery. If they did not leave a docket but the tracking information says delivery was attempted, please contact them and if you feel you need more help, me too.
I pride myself on the quality of the products I sell. If you have any issues with your purchase please don't hesitate to message me so I can rectify it!
Changed your mind or don't like the item?
To return unwanted goods, please contact me. I will need an email from you including your name and order number. Please submit this to firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately The Temple Wolf cannot cover the cost of your return postage and packaging. Goods are to be returned at the customer's expense.
Assuming the item arrives to us in good condition, I can credit you within 30 days of receipt.
While I carefully check every item before dispatch, items can unfortunately be damaged or broken on their journey to you. Send me a picture of the item and I'll get back to you with next steps! Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the damaged/broken item.

Damaged/Incorrect items must be returned as they were received; unused and in reasonable packaging.
Assuming that our Return Policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 day of our receiving them.
