Sage and Palo Santo
Light the sage/palo santo at one end. Hold and walk around a space/spaces. Set intentions, ask negative energy to leave. Open the windows to allow the stale air, smoke and negative energy to leave.
*Neither will give off huge amounts of smoke but it is important to treat the lit sage/palo santo with caution. Do not leave unattended. Run under water to extinguish. Both will give you many uses.
