Hello lovely friend!
If you're reading this, chances are you've bought a Temple Wolf Crystal Face Roller set. Thank you!
The set includes your roller handle (with a small rose quartz piece attached) and 3 individual crystal heads; rose quartz, aventurine and amethyst.
How do I choose which one to use?
There are no right or wrong answers here. As with all crystals, choosing the one you're drawn to at that particular moment is perfectly fine!
If you'd like to know more about the metaphysical properties of each crystal then keep reading.
Rose Quartz
Rose Quartz is known as the stone of love. Being hard on yourself? Rose quartz is perfect for anyone wishing to bring a bit of self-love into their routine. Best for softening the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Aventurine
Aventurine is known as the stone of opportunity. Stuck in your thoughts? Aventurine is perfect for anyone wishing to turn negative feelings into positive ones. Best for sculpting muscles, tightening skin and helping with inflammation.
* Why Aventurine and not Jade?
Aventurine closely resembles Jade in appearance and properties. However, Jade is less readily available and its main source (in Myanmar) has come under scrutiny in the past few years over its unethical mining practices. The majority of face rollers today are made using aventurine (even though they may be marketed as jade!).
Amethyst
Amethyst is known as the stone of calm. Feeling anxious and under pressure? Amethyst is perfect for anyone who needs stress relief and relaxation.
Have fun trying out each crystal roller and see if you have a favourite. While the handle is very convenient, you can also use the rolling crystal on it's own which means you actually have 3 rollers at your service! I like to keep one by my bed, one by the couch for when I'm chilling out and one in the fridge for a cooling treat!
